Stop by and pick them up!
Last night’s rain was such a blessing. We show 1.5”! We had just finished seeding our long east rows. Whew! Great timing!
The garlic looks good, early potatoes are flowering, 1st sweet corn planting is 12”, 2nd is 6” and 3rd is just emerging.
Our 1st hand planting of herbs, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, eggplant, kohlrabi, and sweet potatoes are looking great.
Our hand-seeded rows of lettuce, arugula, parsnip, parsley, carrots, Swiss chard, turnips, and 2nd radishes are up, or will be with this rain.
Our flowering legume cover crops (next year’s planting area) are in full bloom to the delight of our 40 bee colonies which arrived last week. They are very busy bees, so our first CSA honey distribution will be coming soon!
Our new greenhouse is designed to keep our CSA members provided with fresh produce well after the normal season. Right now it is filled with beautiful flowers, baskets, vegetables and shrubs; both annuals and perennials.
We are offering our valued CSA members these high quality plants at significantly discounted rates!
So come pick up your radishes and tour the greenhouse for your Memorial Day flowers.
Thanks!!
